Launch of the Activities of the Fourth Scientific Conference of the Libyan Academy – Ajdabiya

On the morning of Saturday, April 4, 2026 AD, in the presence of the President of the Academy, Dr. Yahya Saad Hammad, and at the headquarters of the Libyan Academy – Ajdabiya, the activities of the Fourth Scientific Conference were launched. Its proceedings will continue during the period of April 4–5, 2026 AD, with the participation of an elite group of academics and researchers from various Libyan universities and academies, in addition to a distinguished Arab participation of researchers from Jordan, Iraq, and Algeria.

The scientific papers presented addressed the various themes of the conference, shedding light on the most prominent modern trends in the fields of administrative and financial sciences, and the challenges and opportunities they face in light of contemporary changes.

The opening session witnessed the presence of a number of officials, including:

Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education: Prof. Dr. Salem Logli

Minister of Technical and Vocational Education: Dr. Faraj Khalil

Director of the Universities Affairs Department: Dr. Faraj Al-Oraibi

Director of the Department of Academy Branch Affairs: Prof. Dr. Hassan Al-Sheikhi

President of Bright Star University: Dr. Mansour Nshad

President of the University of Ajdabiya: Prof. Dr. Mohammed Bouhlaiqa

This conference comes within the framework of supporting scientific research and enhancing the exchange of academic expertise, contributing to the development of the fields of administration and financial sciences and serving state institutions.
