Prof. Dr. Abdelnaser Omran is a Libyan academic, researcher, and specialist in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, and Project Management. He serves as the Dean of the School of Applied and Engineering Sciences at the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies – Ajdabiya.
His academic and research interests encompass environmental management, solid waste management, sustainable construction, renewable energy applications, risk assessment, and engineering project management. His scholarly work focuses on addressing environmental and engineering challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions.
